Strong words....

Words are very powerful.... I was given the words that might have changed my life. and I will not forget the words for the rest of my life.

I don't think the person have no clue how much I appreciated the words at that time. I don't know if it was the tone? or how the person said? the words the words the person used?? It was a perfect timing for me. Those words moved me. That got me think. so, it is my turn to help this person now...

I will do anything for you to make you smile....!
So, hang in there.....

Japan

I was in Japan for 2 weeks.

I had a great time with my family and friends in Japan.

While I was there, my baby niece was born two days after my birthday!! I had the honor to name her. Her name is Wakaba, which means "a baby (young) leaf" in Japanese. It was the greatest thing I've ever done in my life. Sounds cute too, doesn't it??

Well, I am back in US again.

Even though it is far from here, I am always thankful to have a place to go back and to be welcomed. :-)

Satsuki

It was my birthday today.

The day I was born, this flower "Satsuki", which is Azalea in English was all over in our garden. I was named after this flower.

This flower was blooming again this year.....

Having Fun???

Do you go to bed to look forward to the next day?

or, do you wake up to look forward to starting a new day?

I think having fun is very important for us. Some people might think that they have to have a hard time because they might think this.... "No pain, no gain"...

But, I think we should try to have fun as much as possible.

According to my host father, "Life if too short not to have fun!"

Sometimes, life is not easy, but you can make it easier if you change your point of view. Let's say, if you were irritated by someone at work. It is not always true that you are the one causing bad thinigs to happen, but maybe you should change how you approach to the person.

It might change him/her attitude towards you. You might have sounded rude to the person, or you might have caught a bad time when you talked to him/her... So, let's fix those! :-)

Even if you still can't have fun what you are doing now, that is perfectly fine too. Now you know that you don't enjoy doing that. Then, you can go find something else that you are going to have fun with!

You don't wanna just wait to wish that somebody might be going to bring you some fun.
What if nobody is not going to bring fun for you....?

Are you going to be out of luck.....???

No..... You can create fun things!

So.... Let's make things fun!

Then you say, "Let's do this, cauz it might be fun!"

Then, the "Fun Circle" will begins.... and never ends..... ;-)

P.S. Sunday morning breakfast at the porch was so nice! we had fruits salad, a muffin, and a orange scone. We made orange scones on the other night. They were so good. Once in a while, we need to slow down and look around to see what you are feeling... this breakfast was perfect for that. :-)

Sushi Night!

We went to have some sushi on last Friday. They were sooo good! They look good too, huh?





This place was very busy. We were told that was going to be 45min wait.... wao, huh? but we were seated within 20min!! We were lucky!















And this is my new friend, Maddie! ;-) It was her first time experiencing Japanese food! She liked these Edamame beans. So was for her dad too! Everybody enjoyed the fun dinner at that night!!

Hi, this is the first blog in Satsuki's Room.

The summer class has started already....
That means that I have to Get to know people in my class!!

There are more than 6.5 billion people on the earth. Do you know average number of people that one person will actually meet in her/his life?? I have heard that one person actually meet only about 1000 people in its life... I am sure that some people meet more than 1000, but don't you think this is much less than you thought?? I thought so too.

The chances that you meet people are 1000/6.5billion.... this is way smaller than 0%!!!

So, every time when you meet a new friend, you need to realize that it is a miracle that the person walk into your life !! Let's make some new friends!!!
